How can someone finance a restaurant if they have no money and mediocre credit?

I know of a building down the street from me that is for sale. It would be perfect for a restaurant. We have a family recipe that everybody likes and this is the perfect area for it. There are no other nice restaurants around so how could we buy it and the equipment? It would be woman owned. Would that qualify for anything?
How much percent down would you need, typically?

You would need 20% down and excellent credit. Otherwise you will be paying 18% appeal to one of the lenders you find in the classifieds of the newspapers. Best bet is to get friends and family to invest in you..

Container Gardening is no fantastic mystery! Employment in relation to a real carved-up garden scrap, is minimal and the rewards are fantastic. The exhausting work weeding, raking, and pulling the tons of weeds and Bermuda grass that continually invade your garden space is gone. Nothing comes close to massacre its own original tomatoes for its table. Anyone who has tasted the tomato crop, and then tried to hot-house varieties grocery store knows that there is a huge difference in quality and taste between the two.

So, let's initiation! The first thing you must know, is the type of tomato you prefer. Do you want the huge tomato slicer? Or perhaps you prefer the succulent tomatoes or Roma tomatoes cherry salad tasty! Perhaps you want all three! Whichever type you prefer, your local effect gases can guide you the perfect choice.

Then, We'll need some supplies. Pots or containers should be approximately 18 "in diameter more or less. Large 5-gallon paint buckets work well, even if the diameter is slightly less than 18 "because they have depth. Look, if you have more ground dries more slowly, requiring below irrigation. If your tomatoes are in small pots, which require more care and water. Any type of container that is used, Make sure there are holes in the bottom for drainage. Then you need a small earth. Many stores promotion communal land to make food your plants for 3 months or less! Or you can buy a combination of topsoil and compost mix. If you receive topsoil or potting soil by itself, that "feed" your plants. There are a variety of plant foods and fertilizers there, some are designed specifically for tomatoes. Only to follow the instructions on the package.

You now have access to containers, soil and plants. You're ready to planting trees! Here's a tip: if plants are not too large, say 6 or 8 inches or less, discard the 3 or 4 inches of stem at the bottom of the plant (the side right above the ground in the small container that you buy) on one side in a ditch and cover with soil. Let a few inches of the upper curved and serve. If the leaves must be below the ground, pinch them off. What he will do is much increase its root system, making a healthier, stronger plant. Do not worry if the projection is curved. It was corrected within a few days the plant adapts his new position and added the root. If you buy plants that are too perfect for this, do not worry. Will subdue grow tomatoes and tasty!

Once established plants, you must maintain the hard compacted soil around them. This is probably not going to happen anyway, if you buy your land. But, if you use your garden soil has much clay, which tends to harden, which will keep water from reaching the system root quickly. A shovel in hand with the teeth is all it takes to keep the soil loose.

As the plants grow, you will need participation space, or members will be too heavy and fall, Split and hurt plants. Tomato cages are available in their outlet stores local (like Wal-Mart, Lowe's, etc.) or you can make your own fence. While the cage around the plants and locations gives prepare members with heavy twine, you're excellent. Do not attach the rope tightened around the rod to tighten as they grow up! They are a support base or wire which maintains branches also fall. The wire will be adjusted from time to time, as the plants grow.

Keep in mind that your investment in containers, boxes and a bulldozer in the hand are long-term investment and should last several seasons. Your call will be updated each jump with rich soils additional nutrient or fertilizer and, of course, you'll have new plants each year, but beyond that, and a small water, investment must be very small compared to the benefits of having original tomatoes on hand.

Tomatoes in full sun. But, if you are in an area where the sun too hot afternoon and the blisters on his tomatoes, you may need to get your containers where they will shade all through the summer very hot. The east side of the porch or the house that works well for this.

Be sure to give your tomatoes enough water. Try not water in the hottest part of the day, evening or morning is best. Water could swelling the tomatoes otherwise. It is best to water deeply and less frequently. Surface irrigation does not reach the root system.

Dredge up that these rules and suggestions for peppers and work (with the exception of them down to make a database and then I never tried with chili!).

Now you know the basic rules for container gardening of vegetables such as tomatoes and peppers. Not too late this summer Get your supplies and go! You will not regret it!

I used to have one, but not doing a excellent job on your bread, so I turned my electric knife or a serrated knife or excellent. I prefer a knife on anything else. It is worth investing in a excellent knife if you cut the bread, but since I'm in Oz, I could not say what brand to buy.

Sometimes, the only thing more fascinating than the food you’re eating is what that food is called. For example, here in the city, Italian bread stuffed with meat and vegetables is called a hero, but, just a dozen miles north in Westchester, it’s a wedge.

Ventana in Belltown is a high-energy urban dining room for the hip-at-heart. Forthright flavors and original combinations make this small-plates menu more compelling than most. Consider: Korean fleeting ribs with congee, kimchi and cantaloupe or gnocchi with turnips, pork trotter and foie gras brodo.

Restaurant or bar

I can tell you the perfect place!! I’ve been preparation a birthday party for my girlfriend, so I’ve been looking everywhere. Try Pasta Freska on Westlake. I went there to try out the place. The gentleman that owns it is renting out the entire restaurant for my party. He is serving us an 8 course meal for $24 a person. That’s right, an 8 course meal. I thought it was too excellent to be right. I went there & he gave me a sample meal. I had pasta, halibut, eggplant Parmesan, chicken Marsala with spinach and pine nuts, steak…. and the list goes on. He can accomodate vegatarians as well. He will close the restaurant down for you. You just have to spend at least $1000 flat. That will be simple with 50 people. Wine and beer are very reasonable. Check it out!!
