Which flavor of ice cream do kids like best? Vanilla or Chocolate?
My husband says chocolate and I say vanilla. I know vanilla is the most well loved flavor of ice cream in general.
Does anyone know the answer to this?
i permanently thought it was chocolate, until 3 years ago when we had my daughter’s 5th birthday party. it was the first one that wasn’t just family and such. I bought chocolate and vanilla ice cream cups. I finished up leaving with nearly all the chocolate once left, and no vanilla ones. All 9 children (7 girls, 2 boys) picked vanilla… adults were the only ones that ate chocolate. that changed my mind. This has happened each year since then as well.
so, from experience, i would say most children prefer vanilla.

Im looking to go to a one bedroom or studio apartment in Downtown San Francisco….
Looking for something relatively “safe”, with music clubs bars and restaurants, and transportation close by. Below 1000, dont mind it being small or ancient, loud or anything. Something cheap and fun for a couple in the early 20’s. Any tips in this area moving to San Francisco would be valued really.
Your best source for answers probably wouldn’t be in dining out, but…
Below $1000 close to downtown? Try around Bush and Sutter and Jones and Taylor area. Many older apartment buildings. The area is funky and noisy and grimy and very urban but it is close to everything. You may have to look further “down” the hill to get in your price range.

Melamine dinnerware is safe?
With the melamine scare it, now I'm worried in this area my melamine tableware. I have plates, cups, utensils, and trays Melamine, which are convenient, but I wonder if I should be worried in this area using them. Anyone know? I have children and I will not give them something they should not!
<> I'm pretty sure that melamine in the form of cookware is perfectly safe. Melamine in pet food was zero and processed in some way.
