What is the best suburb in Arizona? I reeeally need help!?
I am moving to Arizona with my Husband and son and want to find a fantastic suburb to call home. I come from a small town in southern cali but have lived in Downtown Seattle for two years and the city is just not for me. I want a nice house or condo with fantastic neighbors and a excellent community. We are also looking to be close to shopping and restaurants, and possibly not too far from a kindergarden or school. Any help on this whould be greatly appreiciated!
AVONDALE AND A FEW OTHERS WEST OF PHOENIX OFF THE 10FWY ARE NICE. A LOT OF NEW CONSTRUCTION OUT THAT WAY. REALLY NICE HOMES FOR THE LOW 100,000. THERE IS STILL A PROGRAM RUNNING FOR NEW HOME BUYERS… SEVERAL THOUSAND TOWARD YOUR DOWN PMT. MY DAUGHTER JUST TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THIS. SCHOOLS ARE NEW AS WELL. JUST PREPARE YOURSELF FOR THE HEAT IN THE SUMMER. ALL ALONG THE FWY LOTS OF NEW SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS (CHILIES, TEXAS ROADHOUSE,MACARONI GRILL, ETC). I MISS LIVING THERE… VERY LITTLE POLLUTION & YOU CAN SEE ALL THE STARS AT NIGHT.
