Has anyone used a wire chafer rack kit, such as the Maryland Plastics Wire Chafing Rack Kit? Pros/cons?

I want to use this product for catering a wedding. I want to know if it holds up well and is a excellent size for a one-time event such as a hot meal for a wedding… Any pointer would be valued!
they work. Just make sure you place water in the bottom pan. you can also fill the bottom pan with ice and use it to serve cold food if needed. That set is kind of expensive though. They sell them at GFS for in this area $20. Sams Club might even sell them cheaper.
