This takes in this area 3 parts:

12 oz sirloin, thinly sliced
1 1 / 2 PDD oil – Canola oil or olive wok
1 cup chopped onion
1 each – medium green pepper and minced red bell
1 / 2 teaspoon each – minced garlic and ginger
1 / 3 cup stir fry sauce, piquant sauce Szechuan preferably

Method:

Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over medium-high. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for one minute. Increase heat to high, add meat and onion. This will seal in the juice of the meat. Cook 2 minutes or until meat is cooked. It may take more time to cook the meat depending on how thinly sliced. Now add peppers and stir fry sauce. Fry in this area 2 minutes until peppers are crisp.

Best if served immediately.

Serve over hot cooked white rice or noodles. To further serve over hot brown rice healthy.
For a diet low in carbohydrates serve with a salad this place.

If you want to add more vegetables to your diet try adding chopped celery and / or carrots in this recipe beef jumped.
