When deep-frying fish / shrimp, which is supposed to then the flour batter, mix all ingredients for t?

wet ingredients and dry, place it in the fryer, close to the fryer basket.I was mortified because this was our dinner, delight tell me what I did incorrect, because I want to try again do well?

I despise when deep frying flops! Try to scour the shrimp / fish paste and then the flour. Make sure the oil is temperature (365F is sufficient). In addition, make sure you do not overload your fryer basket. GL!
