The Italian ski resorts who know and like are the best in the Piedmont and the Dolomites. In this sense, the first of a run of articles I look at the Piedmont, my home region. Some are well known, others not.
We'll initiation to explore …
Bardonecchia
The best known, and in many ways best seasons in Italy, Bardonecchia and Sestriere. Bardonecchia, but, is the best option. If you are looking to combine fantastic skiing with some of the rich heritage of art and culture of Piedmont Bardonecchia is a much better option than Sestriere. Although not truly "off track" as Sestriere, 120 km of ski runs is more than sufficient to fit virtually all skiers.
Sauze
Sauze is part of the well-known Via Lattea (Milky Way in English) and has over 400km of skiing, 95 lifts and 75km of artificial tracks. For those that do not exist in skiing huge ups and some excellent lines of ice climbing up a frozen waterfall. If you do not that energy then there is a decent natural ice rink, several excellent restaurants and a weekly promote charm. If you prefer more activities at night time apra ¨ s-ski is gorgeous. Many bars and some clubs of goodwill, to continue until dawn.
Limone
Limone skiing and the town itself is gorgeous. This area is one of the least known alternatives to ski the most well-known in Italy. All Cunes Valli is a firm pet of mine all through the summer and winter.
Alagna
This small town of in this area 500 inhabitants situated on the slopes of the second peak mountain in Europe – Monte Rosa and subdue relatively unknown skiers and anyone else.

There is a restaurant on the corner further than the entrance to the station in Venice, Italy.?
Does anyone know the name of the restaurant and / or have a web link to a map showing the restaurant or the website of a restaurant? Saint Lucia car should be the only one, because when we off the train started to walk down the street .. never had to take a water taxi
Do not eat anywhere near the station – you terrible food and scam you. Place a stop to the Scalzi Bridge and head in the Campo San Giacomo. This is a walk of 10 minutes. drop your luggage off at the tank "bagaglio" at the station. In the suburbs of San Giacomo find "La Zucca", "Captain Uncino" (stupid name for a excellent place to eat) a wine bar or two and Pizza near a place called "Alle Oche.
