Can I be sued by producers of original art of a celebrity?
Can I be sued by producers of original art of a celebrity. I'm doing a mural of a well know celeb, and I'd like to sell on eBay. I will be sued?
I reflect it depends on the source of the image you used, or if taken A photograph of the celebrity yourself. Check if the image that bases its work on the copyrighted.If is that it is, and people know that celebrities may be prosecuted. I would contact with the first celebrity. Some are pretty excellent with that and others will sue your a ** out quick. Who knows, if it's excellent they might buy and wants another done.Excellent luck.
