How to make a simple earring holder?
I have many pairs of earrings and i dont have a rack.
How do I make a homemade one with only using materials from my house? like not using materials bought from a craft store or something.

you could make a multi-layered rack using ancient cereal boxes, etc. I’ll try & clarify, hoping you can picture it.
- if you want to mount it on the wall :
take the cereal box & cut out one face of it. u now hv an open box. cut strips lengthwise, from the face you’ve just cut. staple them across the open box, leaving space in between to insert & hang the earrings. you can get at least 5-6 rows/windows.
- this can also stand on the dressing table.
you could also cut along the 4 edges to fall the width [depth] of the box before taping/stapling the strips across.
- another way to show is to have a base as broad as you want. then staple vertical strips along the base [length will be that of the base while heights will differ - fleeting in front & increasingly getting higher as you go behind] . to staple, fold each strip slightly along it’s length & place firmly on the base & glue/staple.
once you’ve made the box of your choice, you need to give it sturdiness & durability. for that, papier mache it. cover the entire structure with 2-3 layers of newspaper/tissue strips using PVA glue diluted with water [1:2]. allow to dry completely. newspaper strips give you a smooth end while tissue or kitchen roll will give you a textured end. choose accordingly.
when the project is completely dry [2-3 days], paint & prettify or embellish as you wish in colors & embellishments of your choice.
