I have a GE Refrigerator Model Number 363PDS20SBSBLSS bottom freezer bought at Sears?

Each since I bought this fridge freezer lower June 2007, vegetables and fruits have remained frozen solid in the bins. There has been until now 4 technicans Sears who came to my house and said "the design is fine, adjust the temperature. I have tried everything but vegetables and fruits are subdue frozen solid. Any advice and help will be greatly valued

You have a defective unit. All appliances involve a 1 year factory warranty. Replace the drive as soon as possible. Call your sales representative. and demand a replacement. From experience, GE appliances are the worst in the promote. Review Consumer Reports, and select one made by Whirlpool or Maytag. Note, GE also makes some Kenmore, so beware.
