You should place up ad on Craigslist, in the proper category (finance and business), where someone specific will be able to assess your proposition – some will pass, others will be intrigued w/your business plot.
Financiers will also be open to your proposal, but your business plot has to be something that shouts potential. Look up PGH-Canada to commence.
