How can someone finance a restaurant if they have no money and mediocre credit?
I know of a building down the street from me that is for sale. It would be perfect for a restaurant. We have a family recipe that everybody likes and this is the perfect area for it. There are no other nice restaurants around so how could we buy it and the equipment? It would be woman owned. Would that qualify for anything?
