Is there a place in the Seattle area to buy original duck?
All they seem to be able to find the duck is frozen in grocery stores. Is there anyone out there who is really the breeding of ducks for sale? I have no restaurant – this is for my private use.
I would call Uwajimaya – Talk to the meat department. The duck is a specialty in Asia. They might have a regular source of original duck. Their number is 206-624-6248 The other option is to look at Seattle Craigslist farm and garden section for ducks, there are permanently listed for fryer rabbits
