I am doing a project and have a couple of restaurants Vancouver, Washington and Portland, Oregon. Also, I need to know some places, once in Vancouver and Portland for a family with small children visit on weekends, a retired couple and a business woman. Any thought on one of these?
I was Portland (wretched do not know in this area Vancouver). You can go to Yahoo yellow pages for Yahoo address, then the map of where you will stay. I want to suggest some places that are kid, businesses and families (not Corny )…. 
The Ancient Spaghetti Factory http://www.osf.com/. Really clean set up! I even have a car center. This is excellent for children and families. For the businessman I suggest http://www.portlandcitygrill.com/index.cfm Portland City Grill. It is the top baffle of the U.S. Bank tower. The view is fantastic, the winery is stylish decor and a place of fire! They have excellent wine, crab cakes are tasty, and has hours of pleased menu and brilliant selection. http://www.todai.com/OLD/index.htm Todai, upstairs Higher Lead the way Place Mall is an all you can eat buffet of Asian cuisine (not poor quality product and Izzy or nothing). It is a very clean restaurant! The decor is child and adult friendly. They have sushi, chow mein, spare ribs, crab legs, the design of its own station ramen, deserts small small for you to try them all, and many other themes to choose from. It's $ 12 – $ 17 per person (free for those who celebrate their birthday. There is also a restaurant called Le Bistro Montage http://www.montageportland.com/. the Creole food, but a selection really Noodles cool (chicken, pesto, pungent cheese from friction). But, it has some quirks in the menu, like frog legs, pieces of alligator and the swamp critters! This would be for the more adventurous, LOL! These seats of the family with all tables seated together (we do not know that they will give your side, but People who go there are very cool! It's fantastic for a dinner in the evening. Togo also wrap your food in leaves that can shape the way you want! The prices are fantastic too!
