I am getting a second job and I don’t know what to place down for my hours of availabiliy…Right now I work as

a cashier part time I usually have around 15 hours. But I’m getting married in 5 months and I really need to initiation saving up money. My boss said that they don’t have that many hours to give out, unless you work full time as a supervisor which of course there are no openings. I really like the company and don’t want to quit. Anyway, there’s a new pizza place opening and I have restaurant experience. I only want to work part time at both but my question is…on the application for the pizza place it wants to know my availability. Right now I have open availability at my other job and they need a week or 2 to change my availability, which they will do no problem. But I’m wondering, what should I change my availability to- mornings or nights? Wouldn’t I be more valuable as an opener at the pizza place since there’s probably a lot of high school kids who can only work nights and weekends or should I just say I have open availability and clarify that I have another job?

Be trustworthy and let them know that you have open availability and that you have a another job. Question them which shift is more valuable for them that you work. Once that is single-minded have your schedule at your primary job changed.
Excellent luck!!! Maybe one of them will hire you full time and you do not have to worry in this area it.
