Do people realize how nasty it can get inside the kitchen of a restaurant?
I work in a restaurant as a server, and although only our table salad can be so congested with containers and bags and bits of lettuce and spray Ceaser dressing. Servers run for hours with only wash your hands each hour … Why are people so blind? Do not know how many hands touch the food even before you reach them?
I do not reflect most of them do. Or maybe just do not want to reflect in this area it and prefer to wait in ignorance. Most major local newspapers regularly will run the restaurant closed recently or violations. It is incredible what some restaurants are listed or close temporarily. I do not know what state you live, but have lived in California for a long time and have a classification system to the letter ….. A downward. And they must show the letter grade in a prominent place in the front door. Now. Most places that do have an A. But, he meets a number of them with Bs …. and from time to time, we may see a C. And OH. MI. GOD. I have seen things that are removed points. They are really quite flexible. Anything less than A is absolutely disgusting …. and you never know it from the dining room, if that letter grade was not sent there. I dredge up the LA Times did a tale in this area Chinese restaurants and why they did so poorly with the letter grades. I dredge up conception that article wondering how most people do not die of food poisoning. It was really disgusting.
