Hi, i have to make a pointer questionnaire to give to customers that dine at the restaurant i work at, can you suggest some questions to place on it? silly answers will be flagged, 10 points to the best answer. delight add lots of detail. thanks
I work for a marketing company and am often questioned for this information. Just to elaborate on the previous answer, I reflect a rating of 1-5 (where 5 is the best mark) should be applied to the following criteria: service, value for money, cleanliness, quality of food, and choice of food. To add any further questions would place off customers- it must be quick and concise.
