I spent the weekend in Philadelphia and I was wondering if my friends and I could get a excellent meal for cheap (around $ 15 each). We are close to Independence Hall and we need places to stay close because they do not have a type transport, whether for a school trip. Also, only have 2 hours for breaks, so that food can be a place of crazy dream.
