If a restaurant is rude when you call to question questions, is that a clear sign to not go?
My Mom told me she want to have dinner at a certain restaurant that she has never been to because of the cusine, I called to question what time on Mothers day they are opened because I want to make reservations. The woman has a heavy accent and told me in an aggravated nasty tone “I dont know, 8, 9, 10 oclock, its mothers day so i guess were finishing late. I really did not like this at all, I worry what will happen if I make plans and thier nasty there and we have a horrible mothers day. Should I subdue go or find another restaurant and tell my Mom what happend?
If you really want to handle your mother there, question to converse in to the manager.
Generally, they are not aware that people in their use are being rude or disrespectful unless someone tells them.
Also, the lady may have just been having ‘one of those days’.
Call again and try to make it a excellent day, even for the lady on the phone!
