Is it necessary to make reservations in development for a huge party at a restaurant?
I am thinking in this area having a birthday dinner at a restaurant well loved in Los Angeles in a few weeks. I'm not sure how many people will be there – probably between 10 and 20. Would it be excellent if we all just appeared? I have not even sent out invitations yet, but do not want to make a reservation and do not have as many people as I hope to attend.
Make a reservation, just tell them not to knows exactly how many will show, give an estimate.
