Why is red wine taking away my sugar craving?
I was never a drinker. I’m middle aged. But, I was a huge sugar addict my whole life. But now I am finding that red wine his helping my cravings for sugar. Now the last thing I want is to trade addictions. But is there wits why red whine is helping me with the sugar cravings?
It might be that you like alcohol better and so you now have something you would prefer to sugar. But grapes have natural sugar so maybe thats all you need to fit your craving. (different grapes have different levels of sugar, maybe those used to make the red wine you drink are sweeter than usual. If you mainly drink one brand over another, this is quite possible)
