Im looking for a review of American food (preferably of Puerto Rico or Cuba, but do not have to BE), 2-3 pages. Observation of food, services, landscapes, etc. .. that has to be a restaurant in or around Los Angeles or New York, if anyone has any information or a tale that could send would be greatly valued!

InterContinental Hotels and Resorts announced today the appointment of Andrew (Drew) Schlesinger as general manager and Linda Hodgson as director of sales and marketing for the InterContinental New York Times Square. Currently below construction, the hotel is scheduled to open in July 2010.
